This makes it ideal for insulating electrical components that emit a lot of heat and as a protective wrapping against heat radiation. Like all glass fabric tapes, it is particularly tear- and abrasion-resistant. This ensures long-term functionality even under high mechanical stress, such as in electric motors. Due to its elasticity, the insulating tape coated with a heat-curing rubber adhesive adapts excellently to various substrates. At the same time, the printable fabric structure ensures excellent absorption of resins and paints.
