Modicon M221 PLC controller in compact format with 0.2µs / Boolean instruction for the automation of simple industrial machines. A total of 16 integrated I/Os, of which 8 are digital (4 standard with 5kHz and 4 HSC with 100kHz) inputs, 8 digital outputs. Additionally 2 analog (0V to 10V / 10Bit) inputs. Two RS485/RS232 interfaces with RJ45 socket for Modbus ASCII/RTU Master/Slave, ASCII character string, Modbus Serial IO scanner. The power supply is via 24VDC. PLC programming according to IEC 61131-3 in the programming languages instruction list (IL), ladder diagram (LD) or sequential function chart (Grafcet list/SFC). Connection via removable spring-loaded terminal block. Ambient temperature during operation -15°C to +50°C. Mounting on 35mm DIN rail or directly on control panel.
