BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 100 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 230 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 2000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 9.8 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for fastening is 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing conforms to protection class IP65. The integrated fan reduces the protection class to IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
