Die Produktreihe Altivar Machine ATV320 ist ein Angebot an drehzahlvariablen Antrieben, das für Erstausrüster (OEMs) entwickelt wurde. Sein kompakter Formfaktor ermöglicht die vertikale Anreihung mehrerer Antriebe in Maschinen. Er arbeitet mit einer Nennleistung von bis zu 22 kW und einer Nennspannung von 380 V bis 500 V AC. Seine robuste Bauweise mit beschichteten Leiterplatten der Klasse 3C3 nach IEC 60721-3-3 ermöglicht eine höhere Maschinenverfügbarkeit unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen. Wie zum Beispiel bei Umgebungstemperaturen von bis zu 60°C, ohne dass eine zusätzliche Kühlung erforderlich ist. Er verfügt über Funktionen, die für die gängigsten Anwendungen geeignet sind, einschließlich Drehmoment- und Drehzahlgenauigkeit bei sehr niedrigen Drehzahlen und hohe dynamische Leistung mit Flussvektorregelung ohne Sensor. Es ermöglicht auch die Parallelschaltung von Motoren und speziellen Antrieben unter Verwendung des Spannungs-/Frequenzverhältnisses. Altivar Machine ATV320 deckt einfache und fortgeschrittene Anwendungsanforderungen in den Bereichen Verpackung, Materialhandhabung, Textil, Materialbearbeitung, Pumpen, Lüfter und Hebevorgänge ab. Entspricht IEC, UL, TUV, KC und anderen internationalen Normen. Montagezubehör und externe Optionen (Bremswiderstände, Netzdrosseln, Motordrosseln, zusätzliche EMV-Filter) sind für Altivar Machine ATV320 Umrichter erhältlich. Das verfügbare Zubehör und die Optionen hängen von der Umrichterleistung ab. ATV320 ist für die Montage in vertikaler Position auf einem Paneel vorgesehen. Er ist vollständig in die EcoStruxure-Maschine von Schneider Electric über DTM integriert. ATV320-Antriebe können direkt in der SoMachine- und SoMove-Software mit Hilfe desselben Software-Bausteins (DTM) konfiguriert, gesteuert und diagnostiziert werden. Er ist umweltfreundlich und erfüllt unter anderem Richtlinien wie RoHS, REACH, WEEE zum Umweltschutz.
