Overview
The Sensor Hub weather station allows you to monitor outdoor environmental parameters. It is suitable for smart cities, smart farms, smart agriculture, environmental monitoring and other use cases.
The weather station is equipped with high-precision sensors that measure wind speed and direction, air pressure, humidity and temperature.
The Sensor Hub weather station guarantees long-term metrological monitoring with its robust design.
The splitter cable can be used to connect multiple Sensor Probes and Probe IOs to a single Sensor Hub port. The extension cable can be used to increase the distance between Sensor Hub and probe/probe IO.
Note: Sensor Hub with Sensor Probe IO and sensor connected cannot be powered by batteries. You must only use the supplied power adapter.
The Sensor Hub has two variants based on the communication type - LoRaWAN only and LoRaWAN+NB IoT. The NB-IoT module of the SensorHub supports two types of LTE (Long-Term Evolution) categories, namely CAT M1 and CAT NB2. CAT M1 offers higher data rates and lower latency, while CAT NB2 offers ultra-low power consumption and wider coverage, making it an ideal choice for devices that run on batteries and require long-term connectivity.
