Our M1 60 membrane box ensures safe strain relief and time-saving pipe insertion. The final installation can be carried out quickly, primarily due to the larger clamping space. With the help of the membrane, pipe insertion is also much faster than with conventional models. Thanks to the sealing lip in the cover, the end edge in the exposed concrete is clean and flush with it. The membrane technology of our membrane box prevents concrete from entering, making it very popular on construction sites. Due to the special design of the membrane box, it can also be used as a ceiling box. A holder for a self-tapping ceiling hook has also been thought of. If there is not enough space in the box, this can be extended as required using the P762 clip-on frame. Furthermore, assembly is simple: First, the device cover of the membrane box is attached to the formwork with our P847 nails. Alternatively, this can also be integrated into the reinforcement with the wings (P761). The membrane inlet is then cut and the pipes inserted. The integrated strain relief ensures that the pipes are held in place optimally. Use the membrane box on your construction site and enjoy the following advantages: The membrane box can be arranged in series and is completely concrete-tight. The membrane technology means that pipes can be inserted without tools. The membrane box can also be used in precast plants by applying adhesive to the lid. The membrane box has a lid that is easy to attach. The secure strain relief ensures that the pipes are held in place more securely. With a combination distance of 71 mm, this box is suitable for 6x pipe entries 20/25 mm, 2x pipe entries 32 mm, 4x cable entries 15 mm. Even rigid pipes can be easily connected to the membrane box. In addition, the pipe entries are arranged at the very back, so no iron has to be cut off to insert the pipes into the box.
