With the specially developed thermal foam, the thermal box is installed absolutely firmly in any masonry in seconds. All it takes is a small splash of foam through the predetermined breaking point at the back of the can to then completely enclose it. In addition to quick installation, the foam also enables thermal bridge-free and airtight installation of the flush-mounted box, including sound insulation. The foam is cut-resistant after just 20-30 minutes and completely hardens after 24 hours. Due to the REACH chemicals regulation set by the European Commission, anyone who uses the thermal foam commercially or industrially must complete training on safe handling by August 24, 2023.
