The TCC-100/100I is an isolated RS-232 to RS-422/485 converter for users who require an industrial-grade interface conversion product to increase RS-232 transmission distance and improve networking capability. The superior industrial application design supports DIN rail mounting, terminal block wiring, an external power supply and has optical isolation to protect the system. This makes the TCC-100/100I suitable for use in critical industrial environments. Simply put, RS-232 devices can be used as part of an industrial RS-422/485 network, but without additional hardware or software changes.
