Supporting PCCC objects, the gateways communicate effortlessly with Rockwell Automation systems like RSLinx. With support for up to 16 concurrent EtherNet/IP client/server pairs, serial redirector functionality for mixed master environments, and virtual COM port mapping via Ethernet, the EIP3100 series enables redundant, flexible control architecture in complex environments.
Diagnostic tools include traffic monitoring for both DF1 and EtherNet/IP protocols, helping pinpoint root causes of communication failures. Built for tough industrial scenarios, these gateways offer redundant DC power inputs, Ethernet cascading, DIP switches for pull-up/down resistors and termination, and optical isolation. Extended temperature models are available for harsh conditions.
