The Moxa EDS-508A-MM-SC-T is an industrial-grade managed Ethernet switch featuring six 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 100BaseFX multi-mode SC fiber ports. Designed for rugged environments, it offers a wide operating temperature range from -40 to 75 °C.

Equipped with Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain technologies (recovery time < 20 ms @ 250 switches), as well as STP, RSTP, and MSTP support, it ensures maximum network availability. Security features include TACACS+, RADIUS, IEEE 802.1X, HTTPS, SSH, and MAC-based port lock.

The switch supports EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and is PROFINET compatible. Advanced features include VLAN configuration, QoS, IGMP snooping, port trunking via LACP, and bandwidth management for deterministic performance. Management is flexible through CLI, web UI, Telnet, SNMP, TFTP, DHCP, and MXstudio.
