The CP-132EL Series by Moxa is a compact PCI Express interface card offering two serial RS-422/485 ports, engineered for industrial automation systems that require long-distance, multipoint communication. In RS-485 mode, the board supports up to 31 devices in a daisy-chain setup, spanning distances up to 1.2 km.

Supporting data rates of up to 921.6 kbps with a 128-byte FIFO and software flow control, the CP-132EL ensures stable high-speed performance. For enhanced protection in demanding environments, the CP-132EL-I-DB9M model includes 2 kV electrical isolation.

Thanks to its low-profile form factor, the board fits compact PCs, making it ideal for embedded and space-constrained systems. Built-in Tx/Rx LEDs on each port simplify maintenance and monitoring. Broad driver support for Windows, Linux, and UNIX ensures maximum integration flexibility.
