This special variant is certified according to EN50121 for railways and IEC61850 for substations, ensuring compliance with stringent industrial standards. It provides a robust and flexible solution for industrial Ethernet networks and supports both star and ring topologies.

The PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) option, compliant with IEEE 802.3af, supplies power to devices like cameras and access points directly over the network. With dual independent power converters, the switch supports redundant 24VDC or 48VDC power supplies, ensuring high reliability. The switch is perfect for applications like large-scale WLAN coverage and video surveillance, offering full remote administration.

The B variant is equipped with extended temperature tolerances ranging from -40 °C to +75 °C and has undergone rigorous testing to guarantee stable operation even under harsh conditions.
