Description:
The Probix adapter is an essential accessory for SCOPIX oscilloscopes OX 9000 and OX 7000, facilitating the connection of accessories with Ø 4 mm plugs for precise voltage measurements. This adapter is equipped with a 3rd order low-pass filter featuring a cutoff frequency of 300 Hz, making it ideal for filtering the fundamental frequencies of 50 Hz or 60 Hz in PWM-controlled electric drive measurements. With a safety rating of 600 V CAT III and an attenuation of 1000:1, the adapter is designed for professional applications. The PROBIX “Plug-and-Play” system ensures instant recognition of connected devices, with technical specifications automatically registered by the oscilloscope.
