4K DisplayPort to HDMI adapter - for easily connecting a DisplayPort PC to an HDMI monitor
The active Manhattan 4K@60Hz DisplayPort to HDMI adapter connects a desktop PC DisplayPort interface to a display with an HDMI port. It supports DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 4K@60Hz for resolutions up to Ultra HD (4K) and digital audio up to 7.1 surround sound. It is also backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.0/1.1 with supported resolutions up to 1080p. If you already use the HDMI port on your computer, you can connect a second monitor with this converter. This enables multitasking and more productivity.
Active adapter vs passive adapter - these are the differences and advantages; Also very suitable as a gaming adapter
In order to guarantee compatibility with any DisplayPort playback device, this DP adapter uses active signal conversion. This is necessary when converting from DisplayPort to HDMI to achieve 4K resolutions. Graphics cards that do not support the output of multi-mode DP++ signals (e.g. AMD Eyefinity) are also supported for 1080p video output.
Plug < Play
The Plug < Play installation does not require any additional software or drivers. The compact format and low weight make this converter easy to store. - Converts a DisplayPort signal into an HDMI signal
