Emergency call system
The JUNG emergency call system is used to call for help in handicapped-accessible toilet facilities. It meets the safety requirements of DIN VDE 0834.
The emergency call system has a modular design.
The following five components are available together as a complete emergency call set:
¦ Pull button
An emergency call can be triggered in the bathroom/toilet using an easily accessible pull cord. The pull button can also be installed on the ceiling in the middle of the room so that it is easily accessible for people in need of help. Successful call activation is signaled by a red reassurance lamp on the button.
¦ Call module
The call module can be installed outside next to the toilet door or hallway door, for example. An emergency call is signaled visually by a red LED and acoustically by a buzzer, 90 dB(A). Both signals can be switched from a continuous light/continuous tone to a flashing light/pulsating tone.
¦ Cancel button
The cancel button is installed next to the door in the same room as the pull switch. The assisting staff can cancel the triggered call there.
¦ Power supply unit for supplying the emergency call system with DC 24 V
¦ UPS module for bridging power outages
The duty room unit, duty room terminal and call button are available separately. The duty room unit can be installed in a staff room or reception room, for example. A green button indicates presence, a yellow button suppresses the acoustic emergency call signal of the call module for 20 seconds.
The components of the JUNG emergency call system are supplemented with frames from the AS / A, CD or LS series, so that a uniform design is possible throughout the building. The frames are already included in the complete emergency call set.
The components are also available individually to expand a system.
