The adapter cable distributes the 12 V power supply of a PC power supply to four fan connectors. Two outputs are designed for full speed, two provide a reduced voltage for quieter operation. This allows you to adjust the noise level in a targeted way without changes to the rest of the hardware.
It proves its strengths in existing infrastructures, during on-site installations, and in service deployments, when additional fans need to be supplied quickly or systems in companies and public institutions need to be acoustically optimized.
