Suitable for 3-pin connections: Connection via 3-pin motherboard connector.
The adapter cable lowers the operating voltage of a 3-pin fan from 12 V to 5 V. This reduces the rotational speed and the noise level of the cooling system without changing the existing wiring. The connection is made via a 12 V DC plug and a 3-pin motherboard connector.
