DC angle adapter for space-saving and tidy cable managementSpace-saving cable management: The angled DC adapter directs the connected cable to the side, reducing the space required directly in front of the device connection.
Compatible connector size: The adapter connects a 4.0 x 1.7 mm DC male connector to a DC female socket of the same size, allowing an existing power connection to be extended without replacing the cable.
For confined installation spaces: The 90° design facilitates cable routing behind devices, close to walls or within compact enclosures where a straight plug would protrude too far.
Clearly defined electrical limits: The passive DC plug adapter is rated for 12 V, a maximum of 2 A and up to 24 W. It does not alter either the voltage or the current of the connection.
Easy to retrofit: Insert the hollow plug adapter between a compatible power supply and the device connection to specifically adjust the existing connection direction without the need for modification.
For devices positioned close to a wall or within a compact enclosure, a straight power connection can take up an unnecessary amount of space. The angle adapter changes the direction in which the existing connection exits. This allows the connected cable to be routed to the side of the device or along the surface of the housing.
The existing power supply is retained even when retrofitting. The adapter is inserted between the power supply and the device connector. It is therefore suitable for installations, test set-ups and equipment racks where the existing connection direction does not suit the spatial layout.
Before use, the connection dimensions and electrical ratings of the existing connection must match. The adapter operates passively and does not convert the supply voltage.
