Helios Ventilatoren 5772 GBW 400/4 T120 GigaBox up to 120°C 1-230V/50Hz speed-controlled content_copy

Cubic ventilation box with low-loss pipe connection nozzles on the pressure and suction side including flexible sleeves (suitable for temperatures up to 120°C) to prevent structure-borne noise. Variable housing panels for optimal adaptation to structural conditions. Motor located outside the air flow, therefore can be used to convey dirty, hot air up to max. 120 °C. With condensate tray and enclosed condensate drain as standard. Area of application: Commercial kitchens and many process technology applications. Easy positioning thanks to standard crane hooks. Self-supporting housing frame construction made of aluminum hollow profiles. Double-walled, 20 mm thick side panels made of galvanized sheet steel, sound and heat insulated by lining with non-flammable mineral wool. High-performance radial impeller with backwards curved aluminum blades on a galvanized steel disk, directly driven. Vibration-free operation due to dynamic balancing together with the motor in accordance with quality level 6.3 according to DIN ISO 1940 T.1. Drive motor in closed, maintenance-free design, located outside the conveying flow. Speed can be controlled by voltage reduction, built-in thermal contacts on terminal block, closed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Mains connection on the terminal box integrated in the device (IP54).
