Flamro Brandschutz-Systeme GmbH was founded in 1983 by Volker Rodenberg and has specialised in passive fire protection solutions. The company is an innovation leader in sealing systems for cables, pipes, joints and ventilation systems – wherever fire protection requirements under building law must be met. Flamro products are characterised by ease of installation, tested system solutions and comprehensive approvals to national and international standards. The lean product programme with well-thought-out system logic significantly reduces planning and execution effort on the construction site. Which Flamro products do I need for plastic pipe penetrations?
For combustible plastic pipes (PE, PP, PVC), Flamro fire protection collars are used – matched to pipe nominal diameter and wall thickness. The collars expand intumescently in a fire event and seal the penetration. For combined cable/pipe penetrations, matched system solutions with coordinated components are available.

Which fire resistance classes do Flamro sealing systems achieve?
Flamro systems are tested and approved for fire resistance classes from EI30 to EI120 (equivalent to F30 to F120) depending on the product variant. The associated performance declarations (general technical approvals) can be provided on request.

Does Flamro offer training for installers?
Yes – Flamro offers installer training both on-site at the customer's premises and at its own training facilities. After successful completion, installers receive a certificate that can be presented as a quality assurance document on the construction site. Please contact our sales team for training dates.
