Wie funktionieren NEOZED-Systeme?
Schmelzsicherungen (auch Temperatursicherungen / Thermalsicherungen) funktionieren immer nach dem selben Prinzip - Ein Schmelzelement ( im Regelfall Schmelzdraht ) brennt durch fehlerhaft hohen Strom durch und trennt das nach ihm angeschlossene Gerät vom Stromkreis. Sie sind die zuverlässigsten Sicherungen, da es nicht wie bei anderen Sicherungen (wie z.b. Motorschutzschaltern) zu fehlern kommen kann - der Draht brennt auf jeden Fall durch bei Überlastung (=zuviel Strom). Ein Unterbrechungsmelder an der Sicherung zeigt an, dass sie ausgetauscht werden muss.
Übrigens: Einer der größten Lieferanten für diese Systeme bei Industry-Electronics ist Lindner, sowie Siemens für NH Sicherungen.
