Shrink tubings are made of synthetic material and become very tight when exposed to heat. They isolate and protect from mechanical and electrical damage. A shrink tubing's diameter reaches from 1 to 1100 mm. The change in size when shrinking varies strongly depending on the material of the hose's synthetics.
