The 92-NBA series cast resin joint kit is designed for one to five-core, unshielded low-voltage plastic cables. It ensures electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable joints. The SVHC-free premium joint kit, tested according to EN 50393, can be used indoors and outdoors, underground or underwater. The transparent, one-piece casting shell can be folded up in no time at all and closes by automatically snapping into place. Pre-formed, perforated foam seals are also used. This eliminates the previously time-consuming use of saws and adhesive tape for a tight seal. A GMG system (closed mixing and pouring) is used when casting the cast resin 40 included in the scope of delivery. This means that contact with the casting resin during processing is practically impossible. The transparent mixing bag guarantees visual control of the mixing process. After use, the mixing bag with the remaining hardened casting resin can be disposed of as normal household waste. Disposal as hazardous waste is not necessary.
