The OX 9062 is a portable, standalone digital oscilloscope from the SCOPIX IV series, featuring 2 fully isolated channels up to 600 V and a 60 MHz bandwidth, supporting comprehensive signal recording with a memory depth of 100 KPoints per channel.

Features:

The dual-channel digital oscilloscope OX 9062 with 60 MHz offers a wide range of functions in a compact design. Its 12-bit A/D converter ensures detailed vertical resolution of 0.025%. Advanced triggering (pulse width, event counting, delay), 20 automatic measurements per channel, and cursor measurements enable thorough signal analysis.

Standard and extended MATH functions allow mathematical operations for each curve, and vertical axis scaling is available in physical units. Real-time FFT analysis for both waveforms, combined with harmonic analysis, allows for efficient troubleshooting of signal distortions and noise sources.

The digital TRMS multimeter mode supports up to 200 kHz and 8000 digits. Component testing and a recorder/data logger function provide automatic graphical signal recording with timestamps (N files with up to 100,000 values at a 0.2-second acquisition rate).

Power measurements in the multimeter mode include real, apparent, and reactive power, plus power factor for single and three-phase systems. The harmonic analyzer determines up to the 63rd harmonic for fundamental frequencies between 40 and 450 Hz.

Additional capabilities include screenshot saving in *.jpg format, printing to network printers, and thorough analysis with ScopeNet software via Ethernet, WiFi, USB, or µSD.
