Description:
The OX 9062 is a portable, battery-operated digital oscilloscope from the SCOPIX IV series with 2 fully isolated channels up to 600 V and a 60 MHz bandwidth. It features a memory depth of 100 Kpoints per channel for detailed signal recordings. The 7″ WVGA TFT color touchscreen with backlighting ensures excellent readability. Equipped with 25 direct command buttons for easy operation.
This device functions as an oscilloscope, multimeter, analyzer, and recorder. The 12-bit A/D converter provides a high vertical resolution of 0.025%. It includes advanced triggering and MATH functions, real-time FFT analysis, and comprehensive harmonic analysis up to the 63rd order.
The built-in TRMS multimeter can record frequencies up to 200 kHz and various measurements at 8000 digits. The recorder feature allows automatic, time-stamped graphical signal recordings.
