The Pure Networking Series media converter enables fast and reliable conversion from 10/100BASE-TX copper to 100BASE-FX fiber connections, significantly extending LAN reach beyond the typical 100-meter copper limit. This converter secures high-sensitivity networks, as fiber connections are resistant to eavesdropping and RFI interference, ensuring safe connections right to the desktop. The converters support data forwarding rates of 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps, and with plug-and-play setup, installation is quick and easy.
Equipped with Link Fault Pass-Through (LFP) for proactive network monitoring, the converter instantly notifies administrators of any link issues and offers front-facing diagnostic LEDs for status visibility. Suitable for standalone use or in an LHGC chassis rack, the converters support both full and half-duplex operation. Fully compatible with IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3u standards, these converters enhance network connectivity and performance.
