Modular DKM Extender Base Modules

Equip your KVM extender with interfaces tailored to your needs.

• Base modules with DVI-D, DVI-I, HDMI, or DisplayPort video and (2) USB keyboard/mouse ports.
• Peripheral option with (4) transparent Highspeed USB 2.0 ports (480 Mbps).
• Choose between CATx and fiber links (fiber supports multimode and single-mode).
• Distances up to 140 m (CATx), 1000 m (multimode), or 10 km (single-mode).
• Pixel-perfect resolutions: up to 2048 x 1152 (Single Link DVI), up to 2560 x 1600/2x2K (Dual Link DVI), HDMI up to 1080p, or DisplayPort up to 4K over full distance.
• Highspeed video options with 2.5 Gbps bandwidth for demanding graphics applications.
• Support for multiple video channels in demanding graphics applications.
• Use the modules in the modular DKM extender enclosures.
• Combine various interfaces and extend KVM signals according to your needs.
• Configure a chassis with transmitter cards at the computer and a chassis with receiver cards at the console.
• Use these extenders for point-to-point KVM extensions or in the KVM matrix switching systems of the DKM FX and DKM FXC series.

Base Modules:

The modules provide one or two video ports and two USB HID connections for keyboard and mouse. Choose between CATx or fiber connections (1 Gbps fiber or 2.5 Gbps highspeed for demanding graphics applications).
