The iPATH Controller is the central hub for managing an IP-based Agility KVM matrix switching system. It connects multiple Agility extenders over a standard LAN and supports both crosspoint switching and point-to-point extension. Designed to streamline management, the iPATH system controls transmitters, receivers, users, passwords, and access rights across a single IP network.

With pixel-perfect HD video, audio, USB, and serial signal support, this highly scalable system allows seamless expansion by adding more user stations or host devices as needed. Everything is managed through an intuitive browser-based web interface that enables one or more administrators to oversee potentially thousands of users and devices.

Each iPATH channel acts as a virtual transmitter, allowing you to combine video, audio, and USB from different sources or assign different access rights to each channel. User Groups, Receiver Groups, and Channel Groups enable centralized policy and permission control, significantly reducing admin workload. Furthermore, iPATH supports LDAP/Active Directory integration for automated user synchronization from existing systems.

Operating as a compact standalone server (including its own DHCP server), iPATH is easy to deploy – simply connect it to your network and provide power. No proprietary technology is required for switching, making it a flexible and future-proof solution.
