Product information for ARDUINO A000057:
The A000057 Arduino Leonardo (plus pin headers) is based on the ATmega32u4 microcontroller. It offers 20 digital input/output pins (7 of which can be used as PWM outputs and 12 as analog inputs), a 16MHz crystal oscillator, a micro USB port, a power connector socket, an ICSP header and a reset switch. The board includes all the components necessary for the microcontroller to work and is simply connected to the computer via a USB cable or powered by an AC/DC power adapter or battery. Unlike previous boards, the Arduino Leonardo's ATmega32u4 has an integrated USB port, eliminating the need for a secondary processor. The Leonardo is recognized by the computer as a device (such as a mouse or keyboard), in addition to the virtual (CDC) serial/com port; and this results in even more advantages for the board.
