Which cash drawer is compatible with my receipt printer?
ANKER cash drawers are compatible with all common receipt printers via the kick connector (RJ11/RJ12), including Epson, Star, Bixolon and Citizen. The key factor is the operating voltage: 12V drawers for printers with 12V kick output, 24V drawers for corresponding 24V printers. Lieske is happy to advise on the right combination.
Are ANKER KASSENSYSTEME products KassenSichV compliant?
Yes. ANKER receipt printers and cash register systems support the technical requirements of the German Cash Register Security Regulation (KassenSichV) and are compatible with certified Technical Security Devices (TSE). This meets the basic requirements for legally compliant cashier operations in Germany since 01.01.2021.
Which receipt paper standard do ANKER thermal printers use?
ANKER thermal receipt printers use standard 80 mm wide thermal rolls – the most widely used format in the POS sector. These rolls are available from Lieske in the POS consumables section. The printers also support the widely used ESC/POS print protocol for maximum software compatibility.
