APC Easy Switched Rack PDU EPDU1016S is an easy to install and user-friendly PDU that enables simple and efficient power distribution in the rack. The PDU offers socket on/off switching, advanced power management, load monitoring and many more features than the average power strip. EPDU1016S has one IEC-320 C20 200-240V input and eight IEC-C13 outputs. Horizontal, rack-mountable PDU with ultra-light weight and a smart, multifunctional display in a new design. Remote management of sockets so users can turn off unused sockets (to avoid overloads) or restore power to locked equipment (to minimize downtime and avoid travel time to equipment) The full-featured, user-friendly web interface for network management offers standards-based management via web, SNMP and command line interface. Allows users to access, configure and manage devices from remote locations to save valuable time. Quick and easy firmware upgrade via network download for future product enhancements. No need to replace products already installed in the field when new features are released. Connect and manage multiple PDUs through one IP address to simplify and speed up deployment while saving the cost of a specific network connection for each PDU. Allows the user to configure the order in which power is turned on or off for each outlet. This helps avoid power-ups at startup that can result in overloaded circuits and failed loads. Sequencing also allows the user to specify which device is turned on first so that other devices that depend on that device operate properly. Indicates overload and warning conditions based on user-defined alarm thresholds. Alerts users to potentially overloaded circuits. Packaging includes cables, installation instructions and horizontal mounting brackets for quick and easy mounting in the enclosure. It can operate in a temperature range of -5° to +45°C and comes with a 1 year standard warranty.
