DIP Switch Operating Modes:

• Standard (Default): All ports function in standard 10/100 Mbps auto-negotiation mode.
• Flow Control Off: Disables IEEE 802.3x flow control.
• VLAN Mode: Isolates ports 1–14; each can only communicate with ports 15 and 16 (uplinks).
• Extend Mode: Ports 1–8 support up to 200m transmission at 10 Mbps, ideal for long-range links.
