The Digitus DN-81630 is a pluggable, parallel, four-channel QSFP28 optical transceiver for IEEE 802.3bm, 100GBASE SR4 applications or 40 Gigabit Ethernet and Infiniband FDR/EDR applications. The QSFP28 full-duplex optical module offers 4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 26 Gbit/s for a total data rate of 104 Gbit/s over 70 m using the OM3 standard. These modules are designed to operate over multimode fiber optic systems with 850nm VCSEL laser array. A fiber optic ribbon cable with an MPO/MTPTM connector can be plugged into the QSFP module socket. QSFP28 SR4 transceivers feature higher port density and provide overall system cost savings.
