Modicon M262 PLC/motion controller with 5ns/boolean instruction and up to 4 synchronous axes for industrial machines with high demands on performance and connectivity. Highly networkable thanks to supported cloud protocols (MQTTs, HTTPs, OPC UA) and data formats (JSON). At the same time protected by comprehensive cybersecurity and encrypted communication (TLS). Implementation of complex communication structures with secure network segmentation thanks to up to 5 separate Ethernet ports (2 integrated, expandable to 3 with TMSES4) with their own MAC address and their own IP address space. Local and decentralized I/O expansion with Modicon TM3/TM5/TM7 I/O system. Integrated safety by means of expansion with safety PLC (SLC). Programming and configuration using EcoStruxure Machine Expert software (download from www.se.com). PLC programming in accordance with IEC 61131-3 in the programming languages structured text (ST), function block diagram (FBD/CFC), instruction list (AWL), ladder diagram (LD) or sequential function chart (SFC) based on CODESYS V3. Connection via removable spring-loaded terminal blocks. Ambient temperature during operation -20°C to +60°C. Installation on 35mm DIN rail or directly on control panel with optional holder.
