The EF220.1 is a high-quality contact element designed for use in industrial control and safety applications. It features a robust construction made of glass-fiber-reinforced, self-extinguishing thermoplastic and complies with EN IEC 60947-5-1 and EN IEC 60947-1 standards. The EF220.1 is suitable for emergency stop (E-STOP) applications and is equipped with two positively opening Normally Closed (NC) contacts. The contact element achieves a high mechanical lifespan of at least 10 million operations and supports a maximum switching frequency of 1,200 cycles per hour.

The EF220.1 is easy to install using a snap-on mechanism, and the screw terminals allow for flexible wiring with cross-sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² (solid) or up to 1.5 mm² (flexible). With a rated insulation voltage of 400 V, a continuous current of 10 A, and high load capacity at AC-15 (230 VAC / 8 A) and DC-13 (24 VDC / 5 A), the EF220.1 meets demanding electrical requirements.
