Moxa EDS-405A-PN - 0 to 60°C PROFINET enabled

The Moxa EDS-405A Series includes industrial-grade managed Ethernet switches with five ports, designed to meet the demands of mission-critical automation networks. With advanced redundancy support such as Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (recovery < 20 ms across 250 switches), along with RSTP/STP, these switches ensure uninterrupted communication.

These devices are equipped with rich Layer 2 management features, including IGMP snooping, VLAN (IEEE 802.1Q and port-based), QoS, RMON, bandwidth control, SNMPv3, and enhanced security features like HTTPS, SSH, and access control. PN and EIP models come pre-configured for PROFINET or EtherNet/IP use. MXstudio compatibility enables visualized network configuration and diagnostics.

The series offers both copper-only and fiber models with SC/ST connectors in multi-mode or single-mode variants. Housed in a rugged IP30-rated metal enclosure, the switches are built for reliability in harsh industrial settings.
