Product Description:

The SR3D safety control device is a universally applicable safety relay with three safe relay outputs, specifically designed for continuous operation in combustion systems according to EN 50156-1. Thanks to its certification by Germanischer Lloyd (GL) under number 32915-06HH, it is also approved for use at sea. One of its key applications is in waste incineration on ships, where it has been successfully used for many years.

The SR3D offers versatile safety functions, such as emergency stop monitoring, sliding guard door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and use as a safe coupling relay. It can be adapted to various operational requirements by supporting both automatic start and manual, monitored start.

With a high safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3 (according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN/IEC 62061), the SR3D guarantees maximum operational safety. The compact design with a width of only 22.5 mm allows for space-saving installation in control cabinets. In addition, it offers flexible connection options via fixed screw terminals, pluggable screw terminals, or push-in spring terminals in TWIN design.
