Product Description:

The SR3D safety control device is a versatile safety relay with three safe relay outputs, specifically designed for continuous operation in combustion systems in accordance with EN 50156-1. Due to its certification according to the strictest safety standards and its approval by the Germanischer Lloyd (GL) under number 32915-06HH, the SR3D is also authorized for use at sea, for example, in waste incineration plants on ships.

The SR3D provides safety functions such as emergency stop monitoring, sliding guard door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and the function as a safe coupling relay. It can be flexibly adapted to different requirements by supporting both automatic start and manual, monitored start. With the high safety ratings of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3 (according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN/IEC 62061), the device ensures maximum protection.

The compact dimensions of only 22.5 mm width make the SR3D a space-saving solution for control cabinet installation. It is available in three power supply versions: AC/DC 24 V, AC 115 V, and AC 230 V. In addition, three connection options are available: fixed screw terminals, pluggable screw terminals, or push-in spring terminals in TWIN design.
