Moxa EDS-408A-PN-T - -40 to 75°C, PROFINET enabled

The EDS-408A-PN-T is a rugged 8-port managed Ethernet switch designed for demanding industrial environments. This model supports PROFINET and is capable of operating within an extended temperature range of -40 to 75 °C, making it ideal for energy, transportation, and factory automation applications.

It features fast network recovery with Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain technologies (recovery < 20 ms for up to 250 switches), and also supports RSTP/STP protocols. Extensive network management options are provided through interfaces such as SNMPv3, SSH, HTTPS, DHCP, TFTP, and Syslog. For industrial integration, it supports key protocols like PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP.

Advanced security features include Port Lock, trust access control, and NTP authentication. The switch is housed in a robust IP30-rated metal enclosure and supports flexible DIN-rail or wall mounting installation.
