Tom Ehlert Software DSPC | Tom Ehlert Software DSPC - Drive Snapshot 1 5 Backup Software PC Version Creating disk images under Windows
Create an exact image of your hard drive in a file.
No restart in DOS mode necessary.
Keep working while your data is backed up
New Drive Snapshot technology ensures backed up data is consistent.
In this way, systems that have to run around the clock can also be secured.
No more trouble with open files.
Easiest use and restoration of individual files and directories
Use, compare and restore your backed up data directly from the disk image file.
With any program of your choice, including Windows Explorer, of course.
Restoring the drive from a disk image
The restored drive is exactly the same as it was at the time of backup; In particular, all NTFS attributes (such as access permissions, compression, encryption, volume mount points, streams, quota, etc.) are retained.
Restoring under Windows is only possible for non-system partitions; these must be restored under DOS.
Compatible with all Windows file systems (FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, ReFS)
Support for Linux EXT2/3/4/Reiser/XFS
Compatible with all Windows RAID methods
Snapshot uses Windows to access your drive; This is why it is possible to backup and restore all Windows RAID drives (only in DOS mode to a limited extent).
Hardware RAID is fully supported.
Simple regular and automatic backup of your data.
Simple integration into the Windows Task Planner (Scheduler).
System requirements:
Windows NT4sp6, 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista, 2008, 7, 2008 R2, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, PE, Windows-X64
3MB disk space for installation
32 MB Memory at runtime, 0 MB if not active
You must have administrator permission on your computer.
