The ZSD5CC is a multi-stage safety switch designed for safety-critical applications. With one normally closed (NC) contact and two normally open (NO) contacts, the switch provides reliable protection in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and EN IEC 60947-5-1 safety standards.

The switch features a self-extinguishing thermoplastic housing, which is both lightweight and durable. It is rated IP66, making it resistant to dust and strong water jets, ideal for harsh industrial environments.

With a minimum positive opening force of 70 N and a positive opening travel of 4.7 mm, the ZSD5CC ensures safe separation of contacts. The switch offers a mechanical lifespan of up to 1 million switching cycles and a maximum switching frequency of 1,200 operations per hour.

The spring clamp terminals allow for easy and secure electrical connections. The switch supports cable diameters ranging from 7 mm to 13 mm and wire cross-sections from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm².

The ZSD5CC is suitable for voltages up to 250 VAC and currents up to 2.5 A. It is recommended to use a compatible SRB series safety relay with cross-fault monitoring to optimize safety functions.
