The SRB200EXi-1A is an explosion-proof safety relay designed for use in Zone 2 (Gas-Ex) environments according to ATEX and IECEx standards. It provides reliable protection for safety-critical applications, such as safety sensors, emergency stop buttons, or pull-wire switches, and meets the highest safety requirements up to Performance Level e (PL e) and Category 4.

The relay complies with key standards such as EN ISO 13849-1, EN IEC 60947-5-1, and EN IEC 61508, making it suitable for safety-critical applications in explosive environments where a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) up to 3 is required.

The housing is made of durable glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic, providing excellent mechanical stability. With an integrated status display featuring 5 LEDs, the relay reliably indicates the operating status and any potential faults. The device includes two positively driven safety contacts and supports an operating voltage of 24 VDC.

The SRB200EXi-1A can be mounted on DIN rails according to DIN EN 60715. Thanks to its compact design and support for cross-fault, wire-break, and ground-fault detection, it offers comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.

The relay is suitable for use in explosive areas of category 3G and carries the marking D II 3 G Ex nA nC IIC T5 Gc.
