The BDF200-NH-20-LT-LT-LT-2875 is a versatile command and signaling device, specially designed for installation on machinery and industrial systems. The device combines multiple control and safety elements in a compact surface-mounted enclosure. The main component is an emergency stop pushbutton, designed to safely shut down machines in accordance with EN ISO 13850 and EN IEC 60947-5-5. The emergency stop button is complemented by three illuminated pushbuttons, with interchangeable colors to fit various signaling requirements.

The housing is made of robust glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic, which is self-extinguishing and highly resistant to mechanical stress. The device is protected against dust and water (IP65 protection) and is therefore suitable for demanding environments.

The BDF200 offers a high mechanical lifespan of up to 1 million switching cycles for the pushbuttons and 100,000 switching cycles for the emergency stop button. The electrical connection is made via removable screw terminals, allowing for easy and flexible installation. The built-in cable glands ensure secure wiring with a clamping range of 6 to 13 mm.

Thanks to its compact design with a height of 249 mm and a width of 40 mm, the device is ideal for mounting on 40 mm profiles.
