The AZM 161SK-12/12RKT-024 is an electromechanical safety switch designed for industrial applications requiring the highest safety standards. With a fiberglass-reinforced, self-extinguishing plastic housing and an IP67 protection rating, this switch is robust and reliable, even in demanding environments.

The switch operates on the closed-circuit principle and features four safety contacts and two auxiliary contacts. An integrated escape release allows operation from within the hazardous area in emergencies, providing additional safety. With a maximum retention force of 2,600 N and a mechanical lifespan of at least 1,000,000 switching cycles, the switch is highly durable.
