The BNS 333-01YV-M20 is a magnetic safety sensor designed for industrial applications, meeting the highest safety standards. With a low coding level according to EN ISO 14119 and a robust housing made of glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, the sensor offers reliable performance and long service life. It operates on a magnetic principle and is suitable for quasi-flush mounting conditions.

The sensor's active area is front-facing and is triggered by a magnet moving toward it. It provides a secure switching distance of 4 mm (ON") and 14 mm ("OFF) according to EN IEC 60947-5-3. An integrated status LED visualizes the operating condition – the LED lights up when the safety door is closed.

Electrically, the BNS 333-01YV-M20 supports a maximum switching voltage of 250 VAC, a switching current of up to 5 A, and a switching power of 1,250 W. It features 1 safety contact (NC) and a maximum switching frequency of 5 Hz. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C and meets IP65 protection standards.
