The magnetic safety sensor BN 20-11RZ-M16 provides reliable and precise monitoring of protective devices in demanding industrial applications. With a robust rectangular design made of aluminum and an active surface made of metal, it ensures exceptional stability and durability. The sensor is designed for a mechanical lifespan of at least 1 billion switching cycles and supports a maximum actuation speed of 18 m/s.

Thanks to its variable switching distances ranging from 5 mm to 50 mm (depending on the actuator magnet used), the sensor is highly versatile. With an IP67 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +90 °C, it is suitable for harsh environments. The sensor features two latching contacts configured as normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) and utilizes reed contacts as switching elements.

Its compact design, measuring 47 mm in length, 104 mm in width, and 52 mm in height, simplifies installation. The sensor is equipped with an M20 x 1.5 screw connection, and the matching actuator is sold separately.
