The BNS 300-01ZG is a robust magnetically operated safety sensor designed for industrial applications. With a low coding level according to EN ISO 14119 and a housing made of glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, the sensor offers durability and reliable protection. It is suitable for quasi-flush mounting conditions and features integrated safety and diagnostic functions, including an LED status indicator.

The sensor is equipped with one Normally Closed (NC) contact and supports a secure switching distance of 5 mm (ON") and 15 mm ("OFF). With a mechanical lifespan of 20 million operations and an IP67 protection rating, the BNS 300-01ZG is built for demanding environments.

Electrically, the sensor operates at 24 VDC and provides a maximum switching power of 750 W. It has a maximum switching frequency of 5 Hz and a response time of up to 50 ms. The connection is made via a 1-meter PVC-sheathed cable with a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm².

Note: The actuator is not included in the delivery. Suitable actuators and safety control units are available separately.
