The PLANET VC-231G is a high-performance Gigabit Ethernet-over-VDSL2 converter featuring the VDSL2 Super Vectoring 35b profile. It delivers symmetric speeds of up to 200/200Mbps over 200 meters and 21/13Mbps over 1.4km using existing telephone wiring, with no need for new cabling infrastructure.
With support for G.INP, G.vectoring (ITU-T G.993.5) and ADSL2+ fallback, it enables stable and fast service delivery for applications like IPTV, VoIP, and video on demand. The device includes a RJ-11 VDSL port, a Gigabit RJ-45 LAN port, and an included splitter for simultaneous POTS telephony use.
It features a CO/CPE mode switch via DIP for simple deployment in point-to-point configurations, perfect for MDUs, MTUs, and FTTx “last mile” deployments.
