The PLANET IPOE-162S is an Industrial High Power PoE Splitter that converts incoming IEEE 802.3at-compliant 48–56V DC PoE power into selectable 12V or 24V DC output, enabling easy deployment of traditional non-PoE devices in industrial environments without additional electrical wiring.

Its rugged IP30-rated metal enclosure, wide -40 to 75°C operating range, and built-in ESD/EFT protection make it ideal for harsh conditions. The IPOE-162S offers dual DC output through a 4-pin terminal block and provides a flexible, plug-and-play solution for powering access points, cameras, or other high-power equipment via a single Ethernet cable.

Selectable DC Output Voltage for Versatility
A DIP switch on the unit allows users to select either 12V DC @ 2A or 24V DC @ 1A—suitable for a wide range of devices including PTZ cameras, wireless APs, or camera housings.

Dual Output Capability
The splitter can share up to 25 watts total between two devices (e.g., IP camera + heater, or IP camera + PTZ motor). Note: total DC1 + DC2 load must not exceed 25W.

Simplified and Reliable Cabling
Only one RJ45 Ethernet cable is needed from an IEEE 802.3at injector (e.g., IPOE-162) to provide both data and power. Auto-detection ensures safe integration with PoE power sources.
