The PLANET IECJ-400 is a robust industrial EtherCAT junction slave designed for high-performance automation networks. Equipped with four 100BASE-TX RJ45 ports (1 input, 3 output), it enables seamless implementation of various EtherCAT topologies – including line, bus, tree, star, or hybrid configurations – and supports up to 65,535 devices across a single network. Its compact form factor and DIN-rail or wall-mount design make it ideal for installations in space-constrained industrial environments.
Thanks to EtherCAT Distributed Clock support, the IECJ-400 achieves precise timing synchronization with less than 1 µs accuracy. Its dual 9–48V DC power input with reverse polarity protection, combined with a rugged IP30 metal enclosure, allows the IECJ-400 to operate reliably in harsh environments from -40 to 75°C.
